Ordering Products
The ordering process is simple. Select the product(s) you would like, add it to the cart and proceed to checkout. Once you have completed the checkout process, you will automatically be redirected to a secure FTP page to upload your artwork.

Turnaround Times
Most client orders are processed, printed and shipped within 3 to 4 business days. The smaller the quantity, the faster the production. Standard turnaround options are as follows and listed within the details of each product listing:

• Next Business Day Print and then Ship, by Request
• 3 to 5 Business Days + Shipping
• 6 to 8 Business Days + Shipping

Most client orders are processed, printed and shipped within 4 to 5 business days. The smaller the quantity the faster the production.

File Submission
You have two options to submit files. They can either be emailed directly to MDP or uploaded on our FTP site. All files need to me submitted in CMYK color format and contain the necessary bleeds where needed.

You will be made aware of any files not submitted in the proper format. You can either resubmit the corrected files, or MDP can make the necessary adjustments for a small fee. This fee will vary based on the degree of complexity.

Although we can work with native files, our speed is based on utilizing only final outputted files that have already been flattened to our required specs and proper bleeds.

We can provide assistance with native formats such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, and QuarkXpress. If you need us to assist with files in these native formats, you will be charged a minimum fee of $25. We will require you to .zip your files and contact us for a FTP password to upload to our site.

Shipping and Handling Details
Shipping and handling costs vary by the weight of your order and by the turnaround time associated with the products. Our shipping is provided through UPS, and shipping rates are determined by your weight requirements and location. Ground Shipping is provided for free on many of our products.

All products are individually shipped for speed of production and individual tracking purposes; therefore, combining multiple products in one box is not an option at this time.

Can We Pick Up Our Orders
MDP currently operate a satellite office in Gurnee, Illinois. Print facilities are located in Ohio, New Jersey, and Florida.This is one of the reason why our prices are a little more affordable than most print provider, even with shipping cost. A representative from Midwest Discount Printing is willing to meet with you at your location within the Chicago and Its surrounding suburbs.
