Ordering Products
The process to ordering is to select the product that you would like, add the product to the cart, once you have paid for the product you will automatically be re-directed to a page where you can upload your created artwork.

We have not yet integrated a solution to design artwork online. Most of our clients have designed the artwork themselves or have their designers submit the artwork for them.

Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround options are as follows and listed within the details of each product listing:

• Next Business Day by Request (all prices double)
• 3 to 5 Business Days + Shipping
• 6 to 8 Business Days + Shipping

Most client orders are processed, printed and shipped within 4 to 5 business days. The smaller the quantity the faster the production.

File Submission
Files may be emailed or you can utilize our upload utility to submit your artwork. All files need to me submitted in CMYK color format and containing the necessary bleeds where needed. Any files not submitted in the proper format will be rejected or you can request that we make adjustments to files for printing for a small nominal fee. This fee will vary based on the degree of complexity and will not be less than a minimum 1 hour charge of $60.

Although we can work with native files, our speed is based on utilizing only final outputted files that has already been flattened to our required specs and proper bleeds, if your file requires them.

We can provide assistance with native formats such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, and Quark Express. If you need us to assist with files in these native formats, you will be charged a minimum fee of $25, our base rate is $60 an hour. We will require you to .zip your files and contact us for a special ftp upload to our site.

Shipping and Handling Details
Shipping and handling costs vary by the weight of your order and by the turnaround time associated with the products. Our shipping is provided through UPS and shipping rates are determined by your weight requirements and location. Ground Shipping is provided for free on many of our products.

All products are individually shipped for speed of production and individual tracking purposes and therefore combining multiple products in one box is not and option at this time.

We accept all major credit cards or debit cards through our paypal e-commerce account. It is as fast and as simple as making a purchase in a retail store.
